Bruce McLaren was born in 1937 in Auckland, New Zealand and in 1963 founded Bruce McLaren Motor Racing in order to develop and race sports cars alongside his commitment as lead driver in the Cooper Grand Prix team.
Kia ora Taimana. Wow, he was such a legend! What a shame that he died so young. He may have invented more great things if he haven't died.
ReplyDeleteI heard that they were parading some McLaren vehicles in Christchurch just last weekend! His legacy certainly lives on.
